R&D activity of Medalion starts on checking the car and OE exhaust and making the target.
After simulating on the computer, R&D staff repeats the test with actual car on the street and chassis dynamometer.
From long years know-how and experience, they consider the many factors like feeling, sound, durability etc and decide the spec.
All of our Medalion is made by Tanabe Shiga factory in Japan acquired ISO9001 certification. In our factory, each parts even small nut are under strict quanlity control. R&D, manufacturing, assembling and packing are consistently managed in our factory. As our products are important for safety driving, we do not slack off our working.
