The leaf valve of CR40 damper piston does not need preload to stick each other.
This non preload valve can improve the oil flow and make the damping force earlier than conventional products.
It solves the rugged feeling on street.

Point.2　Barrel form spring

The barrel form spring is used for strut type front suspension that realize softness in low speed range and stiffness in high speed range by making the difference of spring inside diameter.

Point.3　40levels damping force adjustable

It is easy to match the various purpose and your ideal ride confortability with our super side adjustable range of damping force.

Point.4　Double seat ring

This is our measument against for strut noise when turning the steering.
Pleastic seat reduces the sound and stainless seat smoothes the spring turning.

Point.5　Special chrome coating and aluminum material

Special chrome coating is on thread part as it cannot be painted.
For lower seat and lock seat, the corrosion‐proof material (A6061) is used.

Point.6　Special design for each car model

All of CR40 is designed for each vehicle even ride height, spring rate, damping force bracket shape and so on.
